Talitha (Tally) Fleming has been practicing bankruptcy law for the past 13 years. Her knowledge and background includes Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 work, and Creditor’s Rights Advocacy. Mrs. Fleming attended Indiana University School of Law with a full academic scholarship to pursue her desire to become an attorney.
Mrs. Fleming is barred in both Indiana and Georgia. She also was an adjunct professor at the collegiate level teaching in the areas of bankruptcy, criminal justice, criminal law and procedure and business law. Mrs. Fleming supervised the Bankruptcy Department in her former employ. Mrs. Fleming attended Indiana University School of law (Bloomington, IN) and graduated with a B.A. in Sociology and Criminal Justice, Magna Cum Laude (1996).
