Courtenay M. Wilson
Courtenay M. Wilson joined Robert J. Semrad & Associates in 2011 as an associate in the firm's Chicago Loop office. She is a member of the firm's bankruptcy department and currently focuses on representing debtors in Chapter 7 matters including appearing before judges in the State and Federal levels, negotiating settlements with the Office of the United States Trustee, creditors, and Chapter 7 Interim Trustees.
Prior to joining Robert J. Semrad & Associates, Mrs. Wilson practiced personal injury law at Susan Loggans and Associates. She negotiated numerous settlements on behalf of injured clients including a 3.3 million dollar settlement for the estate of a deceased construction worker. She graduated cum laude from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2008 where she was a member of the University of Louisville Law Review. Mrs. Wilson received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Richmond in 2004.
Mrs. Wilson was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky and is member of the Illinois Bar and the General Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
